  • Mena Capital Partners was selected by Hexabyte (Tunisian ISP) for a capital raising mission covering several aspects:
    • Strategic advisory on the capital structure (Notional, Ownership limits for institutional investors and retail investors, etc..)
    • Company valuation and operational, financial, legal and tax due diligence
    • Putting together a business plan for the company
    • Advisory on the administrative paperwork with the BMVT (Tunisian Stock Exchange) and the CMF (Tunisian Regulator)
    • Involved in the preparation of prospectus and marketing materials
  • The successful capital raising is just a first step towards the listing of the company on the Main Stock exchange.
