2011: 12 mnTND capital raising transaction for ICF
Mena Capital Partners was mandated by Industries Chimiques du Fluor (ICF) to spearhead its 12 mnTND capital raising effort via a rights issue.
With an annual capacity of 42 000 tons, ICF is one of the leading fluoride aluminum producers in the world.
As part of its expansion strategy, ICF plans to build a sulfuric acid production plant and the integration of an oleum production unit. This investment will enable the company to secure its access to raw materials, and subsequently improve profitability and competitiveness.
Mena Capital Partners assisted ICF In the elaboration of its business plan, preparation of the prospectus and marketing materials, and undertook formalities with the BVMT (Tunis Stock Exchange), and the CMF (Financial Market Council).
